Privacy Policy
FMLAReady is built around a simple principle: the employee and case information you work with stays on your device. This policy explains what that means and what limited information we do handle.
Your case data never leaves your browser
When you use the FMLAReady app, the employees, dates, hours, leave entries, and any other case details you enter are stored locally in your own web browser. This information is not sent to us. We have no access to it, no ability to see it, and no copy of it. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that information will not carry over unless you export and re‑import it yourself.
You control your data
Because your data lives in your browser, you control it. You can export a backup file at any time, and you can delete your data by clearing it in the app or in your browser. We do not retain it — because we never receive it in the first place.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you buy a license, you provide your payment details directly to Stripe, not to us. We receive only limited confirmation information from Stripe (such as that a purchase was completed and the email address associated with it) so we can deliver your license key and provide support. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
This website
Our marketing website may use basic, privacy‑respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit a page. We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your message and email address so that we can respond. We use that information only to help you.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Cookies
The FMLAReady app does not require advertising or tracking cookies to function. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely.
Children
FMLAReady is a workplace tool intended for use by employers and HR professionals. It is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
